  • RESERVATION AND PAYMENTS: the reservation is confirmed at the deposit equal to 30% of the rent. The remainder must be deposited before entering the apartment, with the deposit for consuming expenses (in case of forfait), of the final cleaningand the deposit expense.
  • PRIVATE BEACH: The beach service is guaranteed from 15/05/2006 to 15/09/2006. the apartments Type PLUS include a beach umbrella, two sun beds on the communal beach.
  • APARTMENTS: they have bathroom with cold and hot water, with washbasin, wc, bidet, shower, complete furniture, analogue Tv socket. The entrance is from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM of the first day of your stay, while the exit before and not after 10:00 AM of the last day.
  • SECURITY: the bail will come given back to the escape from the apartment in office timetable; those who will decide to leave outside hour of office, will receive the bail through postal money order them to clearly of expenses mails them.
